Vendor Registration

Please fill out the application below and read carefully before submitting.

If you’re unsure whether you can attend, please hold off on signing up. We strongly prefer last-minute signups over last-minute cancellations.

Once your application is received and approved, you’ll receive further instructions along with an invoice. Please be patient as we review vendor applications.

Sign up for all 6 days and save $100.00.

Artists or non-profits: discounts may be available—call 907-373-2698 after submitting your application.

Important notes:

• If your application is accepted, you’ll first receive a confirmation email from the vendor coordinator. Your invoice will be sent separately at a later time by our finance department.
• Payment is due in full one week prior to your first event, unless special arrangements are made.
• Prepaid vendor spots are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless special arrangements are made.
• A City of Wasilla business license is required to operate within city limits. Info on temporary and annual licenses is available [here].
